Originally from the U.K, I have spent the last 9 years in Australia and I am happy to now call Perth home. I am a very happy, laid back kinda gal. You will find me down at the beach, watching the sunset after work.
I’ve been in the Hairdressing industry for 13 years. My passion is to make people feel good and look good! I love all aspects of hairdressing, the variety makes the day super fun, however lived in blondes and styling is my forte.
I look forward to seeing you in salon where I can guarantee you will leave with a smile!

I like to think of myself as a true creative!
Over my 11 years in the Hairdressing industry between Australia and my home in the UK, I’ve learnt that I am very much a Visual Artist. Free-hand cutting and working with curly, wavy, textured hair to create ‘wash and wear’ styles is my gift.
I’m a sucker for a sun kissed colour, I’m fascinated with using foiling and toning techniques that give soft and lived in results that mimic the suns effect on hair.
I think it’s super important as a hairdresser to really listen during a consultation so we can give the correct advice and achieve the best results for you! I pride myself on doing so attentively.

Wow, back living in Perth after 27 years away, and it’s as beautiful as I remember! I love to travel and have had the amazing experience of travelling through India on many occasions. I have spent the best part of 2023 living and volunteering in the Philippines.
I grew up and completed my hairdressing training in NZ. I left to live in London, where I worked with some amazing salons. The most mentionable, Vidal Sassoon. It was with Vidal Sassoon that I re-training and my passion for cutting hair excelled. After 13 years abroad I returned to NZ where I continued to harness and pass on my cutting knowledge, teaching in two separate Hairdressing Academies.
I love meeting new clients and making people feel refreshed, new and gorgeous with a new colour and haircut.

Since settling in Perth, my days are filled with sunshine and beach vibes. It's my kind of paradise! As your hairstylist, I specialise in bringing out the best in natural textures, creating effortlessly chic shags, and embracing the beauty of curly hair. When it comes to colour, consider me your go-to for anything blonde or subtle enhancements to bold transformations.

I have recently completed three years of hairdressing training, I am now ready and exited to start my journey as a qualified Stylist!
I have really enjoyed the learning experience and have been surprised by the services that have given me the most fulfilment.
I have always been interested in hair styling and up-dos and will continue to love bouncy blow-dry, but the ever popular, lived in blonde has captured my heart! I can combine my colour knowledge from my Certificate 2 in Visual Art, with the greater understanding of how to mix and match the right combination of tones to create a perfect, lived in blonde shade!
I love the relaxed vibe of The Hair Hive, I feel at home here, and am excited to continue to bring new clients and friends to our community.

Born and raised in New Zealand, yep I’m a Kiwi Gal, my background is Malay-Chinese. I moved to Perth with my family in my late teens and that’s where my Hairdressing career begun!
Fast forward 10+ years, I absolutely love making my clients feel like a Queen (or King) when they walk out of the salon. I have always believed that hairdressing is like creating my own personal masterpiece for each client. I love all aspects of hairdressing, however my all time favourite is creating the perfect balayage. Since being at The Hair Hive I have been immersed in the world of curly hair and I am LOVING it! I’m excited to learn more about curls in the following months.
I joined The Hair Hive in May 2022, the minute I stepped through the door I knew this was the relaxing, supportive atmosphere I had been looking for to continue my career.
I will be on maternity leave from February 2024, therefore I am no longer taking any new clients.

After leaving school at 16, I dove straight into getting my Certificates 3 & 4 in Beauty Therapy and a Cert 2 in Hairdressing. Pretty soon, I realised my heart was in hairdressing and makeup artistry. I just love getting creative and helping people achieve the look they want. I've been playing with hair and makeup since I was a kid, always experimenting on my family and friends.
Now, I'm halfway through my hairdressing apprenticeship and already qualified as a makeup artist. I'm super excited to keep growing in both these careers and developing my skills from the awesome team at The Hair Hive.

I started in the hairdressing industry at the age of 17 and 20 years on I’m still loving everything it has to offer.
Before moving across to Perth from Melbourne I had my own little business renting a chair but decided it was time for a new challenge. I have such a passion for our industry that I knew I wanted to continue on in it but just in a different way.
So I put my tools down and started on my new journey at The Hair Hive as salon manager/coordinator, and couldn’t love my role anymore.
Not only can I advise on any hair queries but also get to help our clients in so many other ways, one by creating the most amazing experience from the moment they walk through our doors to the moment they leave.
My passion is to help people and make them feel their very best!

I have been a qualified Beauty Therapist for 4 years now with 3 years as a salon coordinator and a hair, beauty & barber sales Rep!
I have always had a love for the hair industry and the creativity it has to offer. I love being able to contribute to the salon environment and share my passion and knowledge with our lovely clientele.
My Job has always been a rewarding part of my life and I’ve been fortunate enough to experience amazing training opportunities that have led me to where I am today. I’m so grateful to be apart of The Hair Hive family, I can’t wait to meet you all!
